Service Technician

Mason Air Systems Corpus Christi is looking for a results-focused technician to join our motivated team. We’re an established HVAC company offering service and installation of commercial, industrial and residential heating and cooling systems. 
We are seeking a technician who is ready to work hard, be part of a successful team, and find innovative ways to get the job done. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, has excellent technical and problem-solving skills, and is committed to providing excellent customer service. 
Responsibilities include: 

-Installing and servicing HVAC systems in existing and new construction 

 

-Troubleshooting faults with existing systems and resolving them efficiently 

 

-Conducting pre- and post-installation inspections 

 

-Identifying system upgrade opportunities 

 

-Keeping up to date with new technology, tools and regulations 

 

-Providing technical advice to customers on HVAC maintenance 

 

-Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times 

 

-Completing job paperwork and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
